- Based on the family of B5_R vacuum furnaces, this furnace is equipped with ALLNIT® low-pressure nitriding which can also be complemented by ALLNIT-OX® post-oxidation.
- In addition to vacuum nitriding (thermochemical treatment), this BMI furnace permits the main low-temperature vacuum heat treatments: tempering, annealing, ageing, stress relieving, etc.
- The B5_RN is a vacuum furnace which ensures both excellent temperature homogeneity and short cycle times, while respecting the integrity of the surfaces of the parts to be treated.
- This BMI furnace has a low dead load and is very well insulated, significantly reducing energy consumption and so treatment costs.
- This compact furnace is of robust construction, so reducing maintenance costs.
