- BMI offers a wide range of vacuum furnaces for oil quenching and ALLCARB® low-pressure carburizing (this option is available for the whole range of BMI oil quenching furnaces, except for B5_TH vacuum furnaces).
- The furnaces of the B6_TH family are two-chamber multi-purpose vacuum furnaces for oil quenching and gas quenching. The possibilities offered by vacuum gas quenching enables a wider variety of grades of steel to be treated.
- This furnace is of a simple and compact design, thus reducing operating and heat treatment costs and also occupation of floor space.
- To save energy and increase productivity, the heating chamber can be kept at temperature.
- This furnace is equipped with a fully automatic handling system, by hydraulically-controlled deformable parallelogram.
