- BMI offers a wide range of vacuum furnaces for oil quenching and ALLCARB® low pressure carburising (this option is available for the whole range of BMI oil quenching furnaces except for B5_TH vacuum furnaces).
- The furnaces from the P16_TH family are two-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnaces for processing large loads as an alternative to atmospheric transfer furnaces.
- This furnace is of a simple and compact design, thus reducing operating and heat treatment costs and occupation of floor space.
- To save energy and increase productivity, the heating chamber can be kept at temperature.
- This vacuum furnace can be equipped with convection to reduce heating time and also to carry out homogeneous heat treatments at low temperature such as vacuum tempering cycles, which can complement vacuum oil quenching (after passing the load through a washing machine).
- This furnace is equipped with a fully automatic system for handling by lift and telescope.
