- The BMI furnaces of the VI6_ family are ion nitriding bell vacuum furnaces.
- Plasma nitriding is an alternative to ALLNIT® low-pressure nitriding which BMI offers with its range of B5_RN and V5_RN furnaces. Each of these thermochemical processes has its advantages depending on the type of parts to be treated.
- The nitriding process offered by BMI is fully automatic, thus facilitating its use and ensuring reproducibility of the results.
- The cooling of VI6_ ion nitriding furnaces is accelerated by neutral gas convection and the exchanger.
- The automatic system for handling the bell ensures a clear space above the sole, whose fixed base permits the direct and safe mounting of delicate loads to be nitrided.
