Gas cooling vacuum furnaces
BMI’s gas cooling vacuum furnaces are designed for the main heat treatments and brazing at high temperature.
In the high temperature gas cooling segment, we offer a complete range of horizontal and vertical vacuum furnaces, as well as a range of compact vacuum furnaces, specially adapted to small production units, research labs or those who wish to integrate the heat treatment to their production process.
Oil quenching
BMI’s high temperature vacuum furnaces of the _TH family are designed for vacuum oil quenching applications. In the oil quenching segment, we offer a complete range of horizontal and vertical vacuum furnaces, with one or two chambers. We even offer a flexible multipurpose furnace, offering oil quenching and gas quenching at the same time.
Our range of oil quenching furnaces can be optionally equiped with the low pressure carburizing treatment.
