The BMI vacuum furnaces of the BA5_ family are specifically designed to meet the requirements of aluminum brazing under vacuum conditions.
These furnaces have complete metal insulation with a low degassing rate, full-size pumping units to ensure the high vacuum level required for aluminum brazing and 6 heating zones to guarantee a thermal homogeneity of +/-3°C.
The BA5_ vacuum furnaces are particularly well suited for the brazing of heat exchangers (honeycombs, plates, exchanges, etc.), sub-units for aeronautics and aerospace engineering (waveguides, etc.).
These fully automatic installations enable perfect reproducibility of results.
