BMI offers two ranges of vacuum gas quenching furnaces:
- B8_T range: horizontal loading furnace
- VSE8_T range: bottom load vertical furnace
These high-pressure furnaces, from 5 to 12 bars, offer fast cooling uniformity, thanks to its patented volute with rotating flow. They are specifically designed for sensitive quenching treatments such as hardening, gas quenching, hyperquenching, bright annealing, ageing, stress relieving, brazing, sintering, special alloys degassing, steel tempering and ALLCARB® low-pressure carburizing.
The fully automatic installation enables perfect reproducibility of results.
